Trae D. Johnson
Founder & CEO of Serving Tray, Inc.
Trae D. Johnson is a higher education professional, financial aid expert, and community advocate with over 15 years of experience supporting students and families. He currently serves as a Student Financial Services Counselor at Georgia State University’s Perimeter College, where he develops financial strategies that empower student success.

Trae holds a Master of Education in Higher Education Administration from Georgia Southern University and a Master of Public Administration from Troy University. His passion for financial equity and educational advancement drives both his professional and nonprofit work.

As the founder of Serving Tray, Inc., Trae brings personal insight and leadership to support families affected by lung cancer. His commitment to advocacy, access, and equity guides the organization’s mission to provide vital resources to underserved communities.

Tina is a dual-certified Nurse Practitioner with more than 20 years of experience in healthcare, currently serving in neurosurgery at a Level I trauma center. She is also a dedicated clinical faculty member and educator committed to mentorship and improving outcomes in underserved communities.

As Secretary of the Board at Serving Tray Inc., Tina brings strong leadership, organizational expertise, and a passion for service to help advance the organization’s mission of providing holistic care and essential resources to families affected by lung cancer.

Judy Booker
Treasurer
Judy is an experienced healthcare professional with more than 20 years in credentialing, provider enrollment, and health administration. She currently serves as a Freelance Practitioner, supporting major health systems nationwide.

Judy is the founder of Above & Beyond Credentialing, LLC, offering consulting services in compliance and credentialing. Her expertise spans healthcare operations, training development, and workforce engagement.
​
She holds an MBA in Healthcare Administration from the University of Phoenix and additional certifications in credentialing and health data management.
​
As Treasurer of Serving Tray, Inc., Judy brings fiscal oversight, technical knowledge, and deep passion for community service to the Board of Directors.

Javier Smith
Board Member
Javier is an accomplished administrator with over 20 years of experience in education, leadership, and IT systems. He currently serves as an Information Systems Analyst for MARTA, improving operational efficiency through tech solutions.

His previous roles include Academic Advisor and IT Coordinator at Mercer University and adjunct professor. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Robert Morris University, M.B.A from the University of Phoenix, and a M.S. in Sports and Fitness Administration from Winthrop University.​

A community advocate, Javier actively volunteers with Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity Inc., nonprofits, including Hands of Hope Clinic, the NAACP of Henry County, and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Atlanta.

He brings systems insight and strategic leadership to the Board of Serving Tray, Inc.

shannon westbroks

Shannon brings nearly four decades of experience in the airline industry, having held leadership roles at Continental and United Airlines for 29 years, followed by key operational positions with Unifi and AGI.

Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, and now based in McDonough, Georgia, He brings deep logistical expertise and real-world insight to Serving Tray Inc. Outside of work, he enjoys competitive poker, real estate, and cheering on his favorite sports teams.

Qualon Craig
Board Member
Qualon is a seasoned Resource Manager with over 20 years of expertise in finance, human resources, logistics, and leadership. His background spans roles in the U.S. Department of Defense, with a strong focus on planning, budgeting, and operations.

His distinguished career includes over 30 years of military and federal service. He’s a retired Finance and Assistant General Officer of the U.S. Army and has been honored by the United States Senate and Georgia General Assembly for excellence in public service.
​
He holds degrees in Business Administration, Management, and Organizational Leadership.
​
As a board member, Qualon brings strategic vision, logistics experience, and a commitment to organizational excellence to Serving Tray, Inc.
